Our Story

PA Gigs.com is an innovative site dedicated to being the go-to resource for midlevel PA’s and NP’s seeking the direct connections they need for employment. Our goal is to connect employers and job seekers by cutting out the middlemen that plague the PA job market. The growing shortage of providers coupled with today’s challenging economy requires us to employ new solutions to help talented individuals find the organizations that desperately want and need them.

Our company was founded by two friends, David and Jeff, with an intricate knowledge of the recruitment industry. David’s brother, Michael, had approached him seeking help finding work as PA, and David immediately became aware of the difficulty his brother had been going through. David also became quickly aware of the many recruitment tricks his brother was coming up against.

Michael had applied for a job thinking he was directly speaking to his potential employers when in fact it was a 3rd party recruiting firm that was fishing for new leads. The ad Michael responded to was for a job near his home in Arlington, Texas, but the recruiter was actually trying to steer him towards another position with a different company in another city.

David, having an insider knowledge of how the recruitment game is played, saw right through what was happening as soon as his brother began receiving calls that he had no interest in relocating for, and that were not even in his chosen field of PA work. David and Jeff began discussing the convoluted job market between those seeking work and those seeking to hire them. With Michael’s story in mind, the two put their hearts into creating a new system that would be beneficial to both sides of the market.

PA Gigs mission is helping employers and job seekers find each other in a rapidly changing environment. Today’s tech-savvy providers are finding jobs using new technology. PA Gigs is proud to be an innovator of these new interactive marketing strategies – that actually work!
